A man accused of murdering a missing 19-year-old who was wanted following the killing of a Nottinghamshire jeweller, is due in court later.
James Brodie has been missing since about September 2003 when jeweller Marian Bates was shot dead at her shop in Arnold in Nottingham.
Police had also wanted to question him about three armed robberies.
Dean Betton, 32, of Raleigh Street, Radford, is due at Lincoln Magistrates' Court later accused of his murder.
Earlier this week Nottinghamshire Police searched land at a farm in East Heckington, Lincolnshire, in connection with their inquiry into the disappearance of James Brodie, who came from Bulwell.
Mrs Bates, 64, was shot dead at her store in 2003 when she is thought to have shielded her daughter from the gunman.
